Pop Podiatry helped Russell to pivot rapidly to pro athlete level training for his triathlon and continued dedication to providing his coaching expertise for developing runners. We worked together with a treatment plan utilising the EMS Swiss shockwave therapy, followed by the EMS high powered class 4 laser, both tollerated extreamly well due to design of the pulsed laser system (rapid cooling intervals = no pain). We also have reached a maintenance treatment session every 6-8 weeks which enables continued training and coaching.
