MICHELLE DOES IT AGAIN This time it’s my knees. Having solved my plantar fasciitis problem almost 2 years ago using the EMS Dolorclast shockwave therapy machine, she has now helped me with arthritis pain in my knees. Osteoarthritis in my knees has progressively worsened over the past 15 years . The right knee is the most affected. It is not so bad that I need a knee replacement yet, but I have been using Voltarol 12 hour gel twice daily for several years to reduce the pain and sometimes by the end of the day you could almost fry an egg on my right knee , it’s that hot. To walk upstairs I have to use my left leg to raise myself step by step and on a bad day or if carrying anything weighty ,I have to haul myself up using the banister as well. Over the years this dependence on my left leg has caused increasing problems with my left knee. At a recent podiatry appointment Michelle told me she had treated someone with a similar problem using the Dolorclast machine and had received good feedback from her client, so I said; “Let’s give it a try” Initially I booked three sessions. Session 1 was uncomfortable at times but Michelle took things slowly, only increasing the power level slightly to tolerable levels. In session 2 she was able to raise the power level and it was less uncomfortable. In the time between sessions 2 and 3, I noted a reduction in my knee pain. At session 3 Michelle was able to build up the output incrementally so that by the end of the session she was able to apply almost maximum power for a short period. On the basis that I was experiencing less knee pain I booked a further 3 sessions. Session 4. Michelle was able to build up the power level more quickly than in the previous session and was able to use the Dolorclast at full power for a longer period than previously. I experienced minimal discomfort. I experienced a further reduction in knee pain during the following week. Session 5. As session 4 but we got up to full power more quickly. No discomfort experienced & I experienced a further reduction in knee pain during the following week. Session 6. Most of this session was done at full power with no discomfort. One week after this I realised that I had just walked up a long flight of stairs normally with no pain. This is now 6 weeks on and I am still experiencing significantly less knee pain than before the treatment and walking up stairs normally. Watch this space! Thank you Michelle. Darryl Williams

Hi Michelle, Just checking in, my ankle has been amazing since Wednesday. I purposefully haven't excersised to let it work but just wanted to say how much of a difference there is since the last session. I will try a few gentle runs on the treadmill before our next session...but it's feeling great! Thanks for the laser too I really think it's made a difference!

What a difference in 3 sessions pain is almost gone and I  can walk much further without pain, so glad I did this and with continuing stretching exercises I am hopeful for a full recovery, thanks Michelle.

Cluster of Verrucas have finally gone. My son had less pain after the first treatment and pain free after the second. Michelle has been so patient and has such a fabulous clinical setting, privacy and dignity foremost. The SWIFT treatment is the only method that worked, we did have more treatment than expected because the Verrucas were so deep routed and they have finally gone.
